Phil has been with Pryor since 1988. A lifelong Kanawha County resident, he is a 1965 graduate of East Bank High School and member of the Glasgow/Cedar Grove Lions Club. He is married to Judy Fraker, and is the proud father of Kimberly Dawn Allen and Jill Morris. He also has two grandchildren, Chris and Taylor Back, and a great granddaughter, Jada Back.

Rachel Dotson, Funeral Director & Embalmer

Rachel joined our funeral home family in March 2014 as a funeral director, embalmer, and funeral celebrant. She is a graduate of Marshall University (Go Herd!) with an associate’s degree in administrative assistant technology and a graduate of Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science with a bachelor’s degree in mortuary science.

Jim joined our staff in June 2015 with more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. The West Virginia native is a graduate of Scott High School and Concord College, and holds a real estate brokers license. He is an active St. Albans resident through his Baptist faith and his membership with the Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors. He is married to Holly, and has two sons, Vincent and Wyatt, and two pets, Max and Rudy. In his free time, he enjoys working out.

Judy Fraker, Funeral Attendant

Judy, through her husband Phil, has been associated with Pryor since 1988. She joined the staff in 2003 after retiring from Kanawha County Schools with 34 years of service. She lives in her native Kanawha County and is a member of Hughes Creek Community Church in Hugheston. She is a 1965 graduate of East Bank High School and attended West Virginia State University. She enjoys reading, decorating, and spending time with her family and pets.

Raymond Fletcher, Funeral Attendant

Raymond joined the staff after 32 years with American Electric Power retiring as a coal yard superintendent. He is a member of Judson Baptist Church in Belle, where he is a deacon and an advisory board chairman. He served in the Army for six years and also is a member of the Masonic Lodge. He and his wife, Jocile, have a daughter, Nora, a son-in-law, Scott, and two grandchildren.

George Ocheltree, Funeral Attendant

George is a 1971 graduate of Roosevelt-Wilson High School in Clarksburg, and a 1975 graduate of the Biblical Life Institute in Freeport, PA. He has been in Christian ministry for more than 40 years and is currently pastor of East Bank Church of God. He and his wife, Pam, have a son, Jason, and a daughter, Jodie-Marie.

Richard Sheperd, Funeral Attendant

Shep began working part time at Pryor in February 2009. He is a member of First Baptist Church of Chesapeake, where he serves as Deacon Board chairman, clerk, secretary, and Adult Sunday School teacher. He is a graduate of Moneta High School and Phillips Business College, and has been married to his wife, Janet, since 1955. He had a long career with BethEngery Mines as a staff accountant before serving as the Director of Banking Relations with the State of West Virginia.
